The use of formaldehyde free ENF grade environmentally friendly particleboard for indoor decoration lies in its high environmental friendliness, stable performance, and adaptability to health needs. The specific advantages are as follows:
1、 Environmental Protection: Almost Zero Release of Formaldehyde
Strict standards: ENF grade formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.025mg/m 3 (50% stricter than E0 grade), using MDI adhesive (medical grade adhesive) to eliminate formaldehyde from the source.
Health protection: The formaldehyde release cycle is short and the concentration is low, reducing the risk of leukemia and other diseases. It is especially suitable for enclosed spaces such as mother and baby rooms and bedrooms. The indoor formaldehyde concentration can be 80% lower than E1 grade boards.
2、 Excellent performance: stable, durable, easy to maintain
High strength: The continuous hot pressing process makes the structure compact, with a static bending strength of ≥ 15MPa and a nail holding force of ≥ 1100N. The load-bearing capacity is not easily deformed, and the expansion rate of moisture-proof boards is ≤ 8% (better than ordinary boards).
Rich finishes: can be made with melamine PET、 Solid wood veneer treatment, wear-resistant and scratch resistant (hardness ≥ 3H), easy to clean, suitable for various decoration styles.
